What we collect, how we use it, and what stays yours.

When you contact us through our website, request the sell sheet, or correspond with us by email, we collect the information you choose to share — typically your name, work email, company, and any context you provide about your project. We collect basic technical information automatically (browser type, IP address, pages visited) to operate and secure the site.

We use what you share to respond to your inquiry, schedule a conversation, send the materials you requested, and maintain a record of our correspondence. We do not sell your information. We do not use it for unrelated marketing.

We use HubSpot to manage inbound inquiries and a small number of standard analytics and email tools to operate the business. Each of these vendors is bound by their own published privacy and security commitments.

For our engagement clients: code lives in your repositories, documentation lives in your systems, and infrastructure lives in your cloud. We don't take a platform cut, and we don't retain customer data after an engagement ends. Knowledge transfer is structured and documented.

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time by writing to hello@maitriservices.com. If you no longer want to hear from us, reply to any of our emails and we'll stop.
